The PLAAT team has consolidated itself in recent years as a specialist in Project Monitoring; As a result of the economic crisis that the sector has suffered, its technicians have drawn on their experience as economic managers of works to also specialize in the provision of PROJECT MONITORING services, feasibility audits and subsequent advice (control and technical monitoring in economic matters) of works for financial entities, guaranteeing the optimization of the capital that they have made available to their clients and allocating it for the purposes and in the terms provided. PLAAT’s technical intervention in a Project is not limited to the execution phase of the project, but rather it contributes its experience and background as technical advice on construction in the first phases of preparing a project, collaborating in the establishment of its objectives. in terms of time, cost and qualities that must be designed. Likewise, PLAAT prepares PROJECT AUDITS that consist of an exhaustive study and analysis of the executive document with the objective of guaranteeing that it complies with all regulations and contains all the required documentation, is adapted to the needs of the promoter, is complete and defines the work. so as to minimize the possibility of unforeseen events.
