Residence for students with 505 rooms located in the university area (UB), Barcelona. Volumes of GF+12 and GF+2, plus a parking floor below ground level. Work completed in 2019.

103 dwellings Badalona
Project of two volumes with 103 dwellings, joined by a plinth of commercial premises, underground parking, swimming pool and common areas. Work completed in 2020.

Project & Construction Management

Quantity Surveyors
PLAAT has built solid experience in providing Quantity Surveyor services (preparation of STATEMENTS OF MEASUREMENTS and preparation of BUDGETS, COST CONTROL in the project phase and in the construction phase, construction PLANNING…), carrying out this task for the most part of the construction processes it leads and for all types of buildings. The process of providing these indicated services provides PLAAT with a more global vision of the project and rigorous and exhaustive knowledge of all its aspects, consequently providing all the guarantees of success and effectiveness to the promoter’s investment.

Business park and commercial premises consisting of two large volumes of GF+7 and GF+10 joined on the ground floor by a large perpendicular volume, as well as 5 floors below ground level for car parking. Work completed in 2013.

Sabons
New building with ground floor + 6 floors for offices and 2 basement floors for parking, as well as the development of the free space generated on the ground floor. Work completed in 2022.

Monitoring
The PLAAT team has consolidated itself in recent years as a specialist in Project Monitoring; As a result of the economic crisis that the sector has suffered, its technicians have drawn on their experience as economic managers of works to also specialize in the provision of PROJECT MONITORING services, feasibility audits and subsequent advice (control and technical monitoring in economic matters) of works for financial entities, guaranteeing the optimization of the capital that they have made available to their clients and allocating it for the purposes and in the terms provided. In this matter, since their first intervention they have accumulated more than 90 monitored works.
